"WHAT DO I DO IF MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED?"

If your payment was declined on the renewal date (the 15th of the month), you will have till the 20th of the month to update your credit card info. We will reattempt payment again on the 20th of that month. If the second try still declines, we will make one final attempt by the 25th and then if payment is unsuccessful on the 3rd attempt, your subscription will be cancelled.
