"WHAT IS GEAR PACK?"

GEAR PACK is a monthly subscription to a mystery box filled with amazing gear. We have partnered with some of the biggest and best brands in the business to bring you top quality products. Every month there will be a different theme. There are 4 sizes to choose from to fit any budget. Once you choose your box, Gear Pack will start to arrive at your door each and every month. You can upgrade or downgrade your box or cancel any time. Gear Pack has something for every one, whether your into tactical, hunting, camping, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, survival, scouting, prepping, bushcraft or just like knives and other awesome gear. Gear Pack is a fun and affordable way to collect your gear.

"I JUST SIGNED UP,     WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST BOX?"

Your first box will typically ship within 10 business days from when you signed up. This box is essentially being shipped early.....

"I GOT MY WELCOME BOX, WHEN WILL MY 2nd BOX SHIP?"

All boxes (with the exception of the welcome box) are billed on the 15th of the month and then ship between the 15th - 20th of the following month.....

"HOW DO I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY SUBSCRIPTION LEVEL?"

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time by simply logging into your account and using the "manage subscriptions" option.....

"HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION OR PAUSE IT?" 

You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply logging into your account and using the "manage subscription" option.....

We currently ship to Canada and the US. If you are wanting to ship to a US address, please visit our US site. GearPack.net

"WHERES MY BOX?"

Your tracking info will have the most up to date info. Remember, your first box will typically ship within 10 business days of signing up and all other boxes are billed 1 month in advance and then ship between the 15th - 20th of the following month.....

"MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS THE BOX WAS DELIVERED, BUT THERE'S NO BOX"

It's possible that a delivery attempt was made, but the shipping company decided to hold your box for pickup or it could have been delivered to a neighbours house.....

"WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP OUT THE BOXES?"

Welcome boxes will go out typically within 10 business days after signing up. The same goes for individual items purchased in the Gear Pack store. All other boxes ship between the 15th - 20th of the month.....

"HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING OR BILLING ADDRESS?"

You can log into your account and under "account details" you can click the button "view addresses". You will then have the option to edit, delete or add new address. 

"CAN I RETURN A BOX OR ITEM"

Gear Pack does have a no refunds policy, however, if you receive a damaged item, you can contact us and we will deal with it on a case by case basis. It could be a replacement of the same or similar item, or.....

"WHEN WILL I GET BILLED AGAIN AFTER MY FIRST BOX?"

For re-occurring orders, if you signed up on or before the 10th of the month,  you will automatically be re-billed on the 15th of that same month. If you signed up after the 10th of the month, you will be re-billed on the 15th of the following month.....

"I'VE BEEN BILLED 3 TIMES NOW BUT I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1 BOX SO FAR?"

All boxes (with the exception of the welcome box) are billed 1 month in advance. If you have been billed 3 times but you have only received your "Welcome Box" so far, your second box is likely on rout and your 3rd box will ship next month.....

"CAN I CHANGE THE BILLING DATE FROM THE 15TH OF THE MONTH TO A DIFFERENT DATE?"

No, if you miss the billing date/ cut off date of the 15th of the month, you will not be eligible to receive the upcoming box. However, if you are billed and your card declines, a second attempt will be made on the 20th.....

"HOW CAN I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD OR BILLING ADDRESS?"

Simply log into your account and use the "Manage Subscription" option. From there, you can update your credit card info, change your billing and/ or shipping address.....

"I DON'T LIKE MONTHLY BILLING. CAN I PREPAY FOR A FEW MONTHS OR A YEAR?"

Absolutely! You have the option to prepay for a 6 or 12 month non renewing subscription. Just go to the "Gift Centre" and choose your subscription level and duration.....

"CAN I SKIP A MONTH WITHOUT CANCELLING?"

Yes you can. Just log into your account and use the "Manage Subscriptions" option. From there, you can use the "Delivery Schedule" option to skip your choice of upcoming scheduled boxes.....

"IS THERE A WAY I CAN SET UP MY SUBSCRIPTION TO BE EVERY 2 OR 3 MONTHS INSTEAD OF EVERY MONTH?"

Yes! You can log into your account and use the "Manage Subscriptions" option. From there, you can change the frequency of your deliveries.....

"WHAT DO I DO IF MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED?

If your payment was declined on the renewal date (the 15th of the month), you will have till the 20th of the month to update your credit card info. We will reattempt payment again on the 20th of that month.....

"I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A THEME OR ITEM THAT WOULD BE GREAT FOR GEAR PACK"

We always love hearing about great new products and were always open to theme suggestions! If you want to suggest a product or theme, please send us an email to our customer service team.....

"HOW DO I GIVE GEAR PACK AS A GIFT?"

You can easily give Gear Pack as a gift with a prepaid 6 or 12 month subscription, or with a monthly billed subscription that you can control. Simply enter your billing info and the recipients info in the shipping section.....

"I AM A SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER, CAN GEAR PACK SEND ME A BOX TO REVIEW?" 

If you are a social media influencer and/ or have a You Tube channel and you think you would be a good fit, send us an email. We do get allot of requests though and we cant approve everyone.....

'DOES GEAR PACK HAVE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?"

Yes we do, If your interested in signing up with the affiliate program, send us an email.....

"I'M A VENDOR AND I HAVE AN AWESOME PRODUCT THAT WOULD BE A PERFECT FIT FOR GEAR PACK"

That's great! We certainly want to hear all about it. Send us an email with all the details.....

"CAN I BUY JUST 1 BOX?"

Yes you can. There are no contracts, you can cancel any time. After you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you receive that email, just log back into your account and cancel.....

"WHAT DO I DO IF I CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?"

When you signed up for a subscription, you were automatically sent an email with a link to complete your account. If you did not receive the email, it is possible.....

"DO I GET WHATS IN THE PICTURES OF THE SUBSCRIPTION TIERS?"

No, Gear Pack is a mystery box. The pictures are just of some of the items from past boxes to show what kinds of items you can get from those levels.....

"I WANT TO SIGN UP, BUT I WANT TO SEE WHATS IN EACH BOX FIRST"

Sorry, but thats not how Gear Pack works. Gear Pack is a mystery box. Its like Christmas every month! If you dont like surprises, maybe Gear Pack isnt for you.....

"WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR NOT WORKING ITEM?"

If you receive a damaged item out of the box, please contact us right away! We can issue a replacement or similar item within 15 days of receiving your box....

No! Gear Pack has no contracts! you can cancel any time. You can get just 1 box or stay as long as you want! However, if you sign up for a 6 or 12 month prepaid.....
