Returns/ Exchanges

Within 14 days of receiving your item on broken or damaged items we will gladly exchange your product or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In some situations, we may no longer have a product available for exchange. In that case, we will find a similar product as a replacement or issue a partial refund at our discretion.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and may also require photos or videos to be sent to us of the damaged goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Sorry, but once the billing cycle has completed, we can not issue a refund. This is because we order our products based on how many subscribers we have. However you can cancel your subscription any time. As long as you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, (the 15th of each month) you will not receive any more boxes.

There are certain situations where an exchange will be denied.
Book with obvious signs of use
CD or DVD that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any exchange that is not started within 14 days of delivery

Refunds/ Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (if required), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped or your refund will be processed, (if applicable) and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if an inspection of the item is required. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your refund/ exchange is approved, the cost of return shipping will be refunded to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
