"WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP OUT THE BOXES?"

Welcome boxes will go out typically within 10 business days after signing up. The same goes for individual items purchased in the Gear Pack store. All other regular monthly boxes ship between the 15th - 20th of the month. Holidays and busy seasons can cause a bit of a delay.
